In the heart of the Sierra, Truckee-Tahoe is world-famous for its "après" culture. But for many in our community, the transition from the slopes to the bar can feel like a barrier. Whether you are in long-term recovery, exploring a sober-curious lifestyle, or simply looking for a deeper way to connect, the typical alcohol-infused social scene can often lead to feelings of isolation.
At Radical Recovery and Crow’s Nest Ranch, we believe that connection shouldn’t require a cocktail.
That’s why we are thrilled to announce the launch of NA: NO AGENDA—a monthly social hour designed to foster Connection, Community, and Curiosity in a space that is entirely our own.
The Vision: New Action. No Agenda. Nothing Added.
Starting tomorrow, Friday, January 9th, 2026, and continuing every second Friday of the month, we are opening our doors for a different kind of happy hour.
This isn't a traditional recovery meeting with rigid structures or "work" to be done. It is an open invitation to gather, socialize, and commune in a way that feels natural and relaxed. We live by a simple mantra:
New Action: Choosing a different way to spend your Friday evening.
No Agenda: No pressure to share or perform; just show up as you are.
Nothing Added: Clean beverages, clear heads, and genuine conversation.

This Month’s Feature: The Art of Yuri Deuber
To kick off our first session, we are keeping things easy with a welcome social featuring the work of local artist Yuri Deuber. Yuri’s art currently hangs on the walls of our Pioneer Trail office, reflecting his own beautiful path of self-discovery. He will be joining us to share space and discuss how creativity can serve as a powerful tool for navigating the human experience.

The Sober Curious (those exploring a life with less or no alcohol).
Families and Loved Ones (those supporting someone in recovery or active addiction).
By expanding our community efforts, we aim to reduce the stigma of addiction and the exclusion often felt by those choosing a sober path. We aren't just building a meeting; we are building a culture of connection.
