Meet The Radical Recovery Founders & Directors
Jordan Brandt
As the Founder and Executive Director of Radical Recovery, Jordan fuses an impressive history of conscious business strategy—having worked with top lifestyle brands like Nike SB, Lightning Bolt, TACTICS, and Vans—with an unwavering commitment to community wellness. After relocating from Oregon to Truckee to take on a Marketing Job at Elements Mountain Company, Jordan is an established local martial artist and dedicated recovery advocate. His hands-on experience as the Executive Director and a part-time counselor of both Crow's Nest Ranch Outpatient as well as the Director of the only locally run sober living facility ensures that our initiatives are peer-led, professionally informed, and deeply rooted in the local needs of the Tahoe Basin. Jordan’s vision is to leverage action, devotion, and stability to ensure that all members of the community can access a genuine, holistic path to healing through Radical Recovery.
Brionna Miner
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Radical Recovery, Brionna Miner is the anchor of the organization's stability and operational integrity. With six years of executive experience leading Human Resources and Finance for both for-profit businesses and non-profit healthcare centers, Brionna ensures that our grassroots mission is managed with discipline, transparency, and financial sustainability. Her commitment to behavioral health is further demonstrated by her essential role as CFO and counselor at Crow's Nest Ranch Outpatient, giving her hands-on insight into the daily needs and financial requirements of delivering accessible, quality care in the Tahoe region. Brionna’s leadership guarantees that every resource donated to Radical Recovery is strategically deployed to amplify our peer support and stability initiatives.
Meet The Radical Recovery Ambassadors
Karla Johnston
